Belfry Bats
A small Halloween game: guide a flock of bats home to the old church's bell tower before dawn. The flock follows your finger or mouse with boids-style flocking; swoop through the gaps between trees and chimneys, keep clear of the owls on watch, and gather stray bats along the way while the sky slowly lightens. Five short nights, each longer and trickier; the score is every bat brought home. Built on the Strata engine.
How to play
Move the mouse ahead of the flock and the bats follow it (or hold the arrow keys or W A S D); move it off the game and they circle where they are. On a phone or tablet, hold a finger ahead of the flock; lift it and they circle. Bring them into the glowing belfry before the dawn bar at the top fills. M turns the sound on or off. Saves nothing but your best score, in this browser. Needs WebGL 2.
