usd-asset-gate

A CI quality gate for OpenUSD assets: runs OpenUSD's own validators plus YAML-configured house rules (units, up axis, budgets, naming) on the .usd files a pull request changed, as a CLI or a GitHub Action, with one PR comment that is updated in place.

Before, after and difference renders of two grey crates: in the after image one crate has moved and turned orange, the difference image marks it in red, and a panel reports 10.85 percent of pixels changed.
